A. Validity of Participation
1. Any person over the age of 18 who is resident in the UK may take part in this promotion excluding all Stonegate staff.
2. Opening date for this participation in the promotion as describe on the promotion land page, accessed by buying any drink through the MiXR app in any participating venue.
B. Participation and Notification
1. To participate in the promotion, purchase any drink in a Stonegate venue and scan your MiXR card. Maximum on entry per person and one win per person.
2. The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid submissions after the closing date. The draw will be conducted by an independent, supervised individual.
3. Winners will be notified by email within seven business days of the draw. The promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner if an original winner has failed to provide proof of identity or age as being over 18, within 7 days of notification or if the winner is unable to accept or win the prize.
4. All winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The promoter is not responsible for submission that have not been transmitted, whether due to delay, destruction or technical reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the promoter.
6. Promotion may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
